Chicano Jr. is a young boy with Mexican roots, who has lived his whole life in the US, and is travelling to Mexico for the very first time to celebrate Día de los muertos.

This new book is all about our little Mexican-American protagonist celebrating “día de los muertos” in Mexico for the first time, while he learns from his family about the history and symbolism of this ancient tradition, as well as the common roots it shares with Halloween.

Experience Day of the dead in both English and Spanish in this book for children and children at heart, and marvel at the beautiful crayon-like cartoony art-style by Mexican Illustrator, Felipe Vasconcelos.
